In times like these, ministers need a sense of fellowship to combat the isolation that often comes with their roles. Connecting with peers who share similar challenges and experiences can provide a support system that is invaluable in maintaining their spiritual and emotional well-being.
Through intentional ministerial connection, ministers can find healing, understanding, and a sense of belonging within an apostolic network of like-minded individuals who are dedicated to serving their faith within cities and nations.
Furthermore, a sense of being knit together is essential for ministers to keep the anointing, the fire hot, and effective in their ministries. Being part of a network like RENCO can facilitate environments and relationships where the fire can remain hot, and the vision can remain clear.
Finally, impartation is pivotal in rejuvenating ministers' spirits and reinforcing their calling. The practice of laying on of hands, rooted in the tradition of the New Testament (Acts 8:14-17, 1 Timothy 4:14), is essential within our network as it serves as a means of imparting spiritual authority and empowerment to ministers.
Through this practice, ministers receive anointing, infilling, and prophetic affirmation of their calling, helping to keep their spiritual gifts active and their passion ignited. Impartation is deeply ingrained in our belief system. It reinforces the importance of spiritual empowerment and community support for our ministers as they continue their vital and challenging work on the earth.
